Dr. Wenqin Zhou is the owner of Waterloo Accounting Services. She has a CPA (Chartered Professional Accountants), CMA (Certified Management Accountants) designation and a doctoral degree in applied mathematics from Western University.

All the work at Waterloo Accounting Services will be done by Dr. Wenqin Zhou herself, the owner of the company with a CPA, CMA and PhD.
- Bookkeeping services can be on a fixed amount or on an hourly rate of $50.
- Management accounting services can be on a fixed amount or on an hourly rate of $75.
- T1 return is around $100 per return for a simple case, such as university student and young professionals and is around $400 per family for a sole proprietor and family.
- T2 return is starting at $1,000 per return, depending on the complexity of the returns.
