Dr. Wenqin Zhou is the founder of Waterloo Accounting Services. She has a CPA (Chartered Professional Accountants), CMA (Certified Management Accountants) designation and a doctoral degree in applied mathematics from Western University.

Cash flow forecast statement and budget from accounting software are great. However, to use it in your operation and improve your operation based on the information is not straight forward. It is because every business’ needs are different.

Waterloo Accounting Services will customize the cash flow forecast based on your operation and incorporate your business operations and financial operations into the cash flow forecast. You will have a complete view of your financial situation. In addition, we are human, not a software. We will be here to help you with questions you have.

All the work at Waterloo Accounting Services will be done by Dr. Wenqin Zhou herself, the owner of the company with a CPA, CMA and PhD.

  • Bookkeeping services can be on a fixed amount or on an hourly rate of $65.
  • Management accounting services can be on a fixed amount or on an hourly rate of $85.
  • T1 return is around $150 per return for a simple case, such as university student and young professionals and is around $500 per family for a sole proprietor and family.
  • T2 return is starting at $1,200 per return, depending on the complexity of the returns.

We are efficient at doing bookkeeping and we do it right from the beginning. Our price is very competitive and flexible to your needs. Furthermore, we will make sure your book is as accurate as it can be, and you can rely on it to make your informed decisions.
