Dr. Wenqin Zhou is the founder of Waterloo Accounting Services. She has a CPA (Chartered Professional Accountants), CMA (Certified Management Accountants) designation and a doctoral degree in applied mathematics from Western University.
Vision.
Her vision is to develop customized accounting tools to incorporate accounting with business operations in order to make accounting work for business growth.

- Bookkeeping services can be on a fixed amount or on an hourly rate of $65.
- Management accounting services can be on a fixed amount or on an hourly rate of $85.
- T1 return is around $150 per return for a simple case, such as university student and young professionals and is around $500 per family for a sole proprietor and family.
- T2 return is starting at $1,200 per return, depending on the complexity of the returns.
